What is Soul Nourishment Coaching?
Soul Nourishment coaching is one on one/group sessions working with the very essence of who you are. It allows you to connect to your "wholeness" at the purest form. We dive into all aspects of your self: mind, body, heart and soul. I work with clients who are ready to explore, be curious, plant tiny seeds of growth, and travel to the deepest parts of wellbeing: heart and soul.
Akashic Records
The Akashic Records are an energetic record of your soul's journey — containing the past, present, and potential future knowledge of your life. Think of them as your soul's library: everything your soul has experienced since its inception, recorded and waiting to be explored.
Every person has their own unique Akashic Records. During an Akashic Records reading, we access yours to uncover the clarity, wisdom, and guidance your soul already holds — insight you can bring into your present life and use to move forward with intention.
Whether you're navigating a life transition, feeling stuck, or simply curious about your soul's deeper story, a reading can illuminate the path back to balance in mind, body, heart, and soul.
How does it work?
Soul Nourishment Coaching is offered as one-on-one sessions or group work — completely individualized and designed around your unique needs and desires. There's no one-size-fits-all here; your journey shapes the work.
In each session, I combine my experience as a certified health and wellness coach with the wisdom of the Akashic Records to create a sacred space where you can dive into the heart of your wellbeing — mind, body, heart, and soul.
Sessions are available online via phone or video — so you can do this work from wherever you are.

Meet Lindsay Fruchey: Certified Holistic Wellness Coach in Fort Wayne
Welcome! I'm Lindsay Fruchey, a certified National Board Health and Wellness Coach and Akashic Records reader based in Fort Wayne, Indiana — and a wife, mom of three, and lover of deep connection, travel, chocolate, and all things colorful and sparkly. (Ask my husband: if it's big and gaudy, I LOVE it.)
I'm passionate about community and bringing people together. I love hearing people's stories and discovering what sets their soul on fire. With a bachelor's degree in Education and national board certification in health and wellness coaching, I bring both training and lived experience to this work.
My path here wasn't a straight line. For years, I struggled with my own spiritual journey — and I felt it in my physical health and overall wellbeing. When those pain points could no longer be ignored, a lot of curvy, winding roads led me to holistic wellness coaching and the Akashic Records.
Today, I hold space for people through a whole-person lens: mind, body, heart, and soul. When any one of those falls out of balance, your wellbeing takes the hit. Through Soul Nourishment Coaching and Akashic Records Readings, I help you restore that balance and reconnect with what matters most.

Caring Services, Tailored to You
This is a one on one session where we connect with your personal Akashic Records to receive guidance, insight, and direction your life's path. When connecting with your guides we are working in the light for the highest good of all. I serve as a channel and will communicate any messages that may come for you.
This is a one on one, 8 week soul nourishment coaching session using "The Rooted in You" program. Along with 8 coaching calls you will also receive a free meet and greet call, an introductory call, and an optional Akashic Records Session included anytime during your 8 week sessions.
